Today all pigeon lovers meet at Battaramulla (Mr Basil - Old pigeon fancier ) location to get flying date for 'National Pigeon Union of Sri Lanka' competition 2017
The competition will be started from '5 Febuary 2017'
Today is my competition day 'National Pigeon Union of Sri Lanka' 2017. Its a good weather condition and no hawk attacked. Unfortunately time record 2.52 hours. Thanks for organizing teem.
Tippler "types" were named after their breeders or their original location. Most of these types can stay aloft for over long hours. But many Sri Lankan pigeon lovers call 'Tippler', only for this kind of pigeon (In image) . Reference - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tippler
2020 Racing Pigeon 20Km younger bird loft training After 10 Km of training, we have release younger birds from 20Km away. we lost 4 younger birds, and 1 back to loft after 3 days.
